Welcome to House of RangReethi. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to House of RangReethi. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), to provide you with a curated gifting experience. Our Services are powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully — they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

Section 1 — Access & Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, and that you have consented to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 — Our Products
We make every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device type, settings, and display configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match exactly what is depicted in our store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Product Safety and Use
Products sold by House of RangReethi, including but not limited to rakhis, cultural gifting items, and accessories, may contain small parts, threads, beads, stones, or other decorative elements that could pose a choking hazard or injury risk to infants, small children, or pets. Our products are intended for decorative and ceremonial purposes by adults and are not classified as toys. By purchasing, you acknowledge these risks and agree that House of RangReethi is not liable for any personal injury, choking, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or improper handling of our products. All items should be kept out of reach of young children and used with appropriate adult supervision.

Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. House of RangReethi reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 5 — Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from those offered in physical stores or third-party platforms. Promotions offered through the Services are governed by their own terms; in the event of a conflict, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) your payment information is true and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Section 6 — Shipping & Delivery
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Section 7 — Force Majeure and International Sourcing
House of RangReethi sources products internationally. We shall not be held liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any order when such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, governmental actions, epidemic, port or customs delays, and restraints affecting carriers. In the event of such disruptions, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product reviews, and the design and arrangement thereof — is owned by House of RangReethi, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
House of RangReethi's names, logos, and brand elements are trademarks of House of RangReethi. Shopify's name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Section 9 — Optional Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to optional tools offered by third parties. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations, or endorsement of any kind. We have no control over, and assume no liability for, third-party tools. Your use of any optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

Section 10 — Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links or references to third-party websites or embedded third-party functionality. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. If you choose to leave our Services to access third-party content, you do so at your own risk.

Section 11 — Relationship with Shopify
House of RangReethi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with House of RangReethi. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and House of RangReethi, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases.

Section 12 — Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain information about your access and use of the Services, which may be transmitted to other countries. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these privacy policies.

Section 13 — Feedback
By submitting ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback ("Feedback") to us, you grant House of RangReethi a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence or compensate you for it. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful or objectionable.

Section 14 — Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Our Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update, change, or cancel orders where information is found to be inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice.

Section 15 — Prohibited Uses
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any applicable laws; to infringe upon intellectual property rights; to harass or defame any person; to transmit false communications or malware; to reproduce or exploit any portion of the Services; or to interfere with security measures. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Section 18 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PROVINCIAL CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY HOUSE OF RANGREETHI, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Section 19 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSE OF RANGREETHI, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Section 20 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of RangReethi and Shopify from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

Section 21 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 22 — Waiver, Entire Agreement, & Assignment
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and House of RangReethi, superseding prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without your consent.

Section 23 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us. To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law, any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, on an individual basis (waiving class-action rights). Where such arbitration clauses are prohibited by consumer law, you and House of RangReethi consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Section 24 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance.

Section 25 — Wholesale & B2B Purchasing Terms
The following terms apply exclusively to approved wholesale accounts and business-to-business (B2B) transactions:
25.1 All wholesale accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to revoke purchasing privileges if the account violates brand standards.
25.2 Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum opening order value of $250 CAD (before taxes/shipping). Reorders require a minimum of $150 CAD.
25.3 Wholesale pricing is strictly confidential. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.
25.4 Wholesale buyers may sell products solely through their approved storefronts or independent websites. Reselling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) is prohibited.
25.5 Wholesale orders are final sale. Claims for damaged or short-shipped products must be reported to hello@rangreethi.com within five (5) business days of delivery.
