At House of RangReethi, we are committed to delivering your gifting experience with care, reliability, and transparency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout, based on your delivery destination, order type, and eligibility. The available options and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Economy Lettermail — No Tracking
Economy Lettermail is our most affordable shipping option, available exclusively for eligible flat Rakhi orders shipping to select destinations within Canada. This service is provided through Canada Post and does not include tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance, or any delivery guarantee.
By selecting Economy Lettermail at checkout, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- The shipment cannot be tracked once dispatched.
- We are unable to confirm delivery or intervene in the event of a delay, loss, or non-delivery.
- No replacement, reshipment, or refund will be issued for orders lost or delayed in transit under this service.
We recommend this option only for customers who are comfortable with the inherent limitations of untracked mail. For peace of mind, we encourage selecting a tracked shipping method.
Standard Delivery — With Tracking
Standard Delivery is our recommended shipping option for most orders. It includes end-to-end tracking and is particularly suited for time-sensitive orders, premium packaging, cushion combos, gift boxes, higher-value orders, and customers who require delivery confirmation.
In the event of a delivery issue with a tracked shipment, please contact us promptly with your order details. We will review the tracking information and work with you to resolve the matter based on the courier's updates and our service guidelines.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available for select destinations and provides a faster transit option. This service is recommended for last-minute gifting and time-sensitive occasions, including Rakhi. Express availability and timelines will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable rates are displayed transparently at checkout prior to payment. We do not charge hidden shipping fees.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time and does not begin until your payment has been successfully verified.
During peak gifting seasons — including Rakhi, Diwali, and other festive periods — processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early ordering during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are solely responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. House of RangReethi is not liable for orders dispatched to an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will notify you upon receipt. Reshipping the order will be subject to an additional shipping charge, which will be the customer's responsibility. We are unable to issue a refund for the original order in such cases.
Delivery Timelines & Delays
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Courier capacity and processing volumes
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays and postal service disruptions
- Remote or rural delivery locations
- Customs processing for international shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. House of RangReethi is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving delivery concerns.
International Orders
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout. House of RangReethi has no control over customs processing times or fees and is not liable for delays or additional costs incurred at customs.
