Shipping Policy
We currently offer Economy Lettermail and Tracked Standard Delivery options at checkout.
Economy Lettermail - No Tracking
Economy Lettermail is our most affordable shipping option and is available only for eligible flat rakhi orders.
This option does not include tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance, or delivery guarantee. Once your
order has been packed and shipped through Economy Lettermail, we are unable to track the package,
confirm delivery, replace the order, or issue a refund if the package is delayed, lost, or not received.
By selecting Economy Lettermail at checkout, the customer accepts that this is an untracked shipping option.
Delivery times may vary depending on Canada Post processing times, holidays, weather, and destination.
Tracked Standard Delivery
Tracked Standard Delivery includes tracking and is recommended for time-sensitive orders, premium
packaging, cushion combos, gift boxes, higher-value orders, and customers who want delivery confirmation.
If there is a delivery issue with a tracked shipment, please contact us and we will review the tracking details
and assist based on the courier's delivery update.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit
time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for the cost of
reshipping.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to courier volume,
weather, holidays, remote location, or other circumstances outside our control.
