RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, damage, alteration, tampering, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for returning your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of return approval. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be refused.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the item, the outer packaging, and the shipping label when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Final sale items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, clearance items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, earrings, opened personal-use items, and any item marked “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Gift sets and bundles
Items sold as part of a set, hamper, or bundle must be returned in complete original condition. Partial returns from a set or bundle are not accepted.
Refused deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to return shipping charges and any carrier or customs fees, which may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
